Our payment and refund terms.

For all services provided by Darrell Cody & Sons Grading, payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon in writing. We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers.
For large commercial projects, a deposit may be required prior to beginning work. The deposit amount and terms will be outlined in the service contract. Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels after work has begun.
If you wish to cancel a project before work begins, a full refund will be provided minus any costs incurred for materials already ordered or site preparation already completed.
If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We will work with you to resolve any disputes in a fair and professional manner.
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for two (2) years from project completion. If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact us with documentation of the issue. We will inspect and repair covered defects at no additional cost.
