Darrell Cody & Sons Grading provides paving and grading services as described on this website. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services, but we reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time without notice.
Quotes and estimates provided by Darrell Cody & Sons Grading are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All quotes are subject to final inspection of the site and may require adjustment based on actual conditions discovered during work.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service contracts. For residential projects, payment is typically due upon completion. For commercial projects, payment terms are as specified in the contract. We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may incur a fee to cover costs incurred.
Darrell Cody & Sons Grading warrants workmanship on all projects for a period of two (2) years from completion. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper maintenance, or external factors such as weather or vehicle damage.
Darrell Cody & Sons Grading's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
